Between the sky and seas’ azure. Island Lastovo is a member of the south Dalmatian islands group. Due to the distance between Lastovo and the continent, Lastovo seems lonely; therefore it looks like it is plunging between the sky and seas’ azure.

Emperors’ island. Romans named it the Emperors’ island (lat. Augusta Insula) due to the numerous fields, woodlands, beautiful coronal of small islands and cliffs around the main island, countless covert bays, and plenty of sea fish.

Park of nature. Therefore, vacation in Lastovo is a harmonious combination of pace and silence, crystal clean sea, impressive undersea attractions and the traditional Mediterranean atmosphere. The decision of the Croatian Parliament to convert Lastovo into a Natural Park is the best confirmation. The long-time goal is to protect Lastovo’s pristine beauty for the next generations.

Traveling. You can reach Lastovo by ferryboat or catamaran from Split (Split – Vela luka – Lastovo). It is possible to come to Lastovo via Korčula – with the ferryboat in Vela Luka.

Arrival to the Island ends in the Ubli port. Between the Ubli port and the Lastovo town is an 11km long road. You can use car, bike, autobus, taxi. Of course, you can also use a boat from Ubli to Zaklopativa, Lučica or any other bay.

Lučica bay is located at the north side of the island and it is less than one km distance from the Lastovo town.
