Lučica - spomenik povijesti i ljepoteHistoric site. A historic settlement of around 30 old stone houses is a protected historic site. Originally, it was a fishermen settlement with houses used for storing fishing equipment. Less than a kilometer away from the town, by paved road or a 400 m long path through the woods.  

Tavern. There is a big stone tavern with a massive wooden table for 10 to 15 people. A separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom, a restroom, a kitchen with the needed facilities for 6+ people. There is also a TV. Total available living space of 55m². The apartment is separated on the ground level of the house, with its own terrace, grill and entrance.
