House Fantela is an ancient stone house positioned in the old fishermen port Lučica.
It is just 50 m away from the sea, surrounded by tall pine trees and European Holly trees. The stone walls are over 40 cm thick, and the building has been completely modernized and equipped with everything you need for a carefree and pleasant vacation.

Surroundings. The house is situated 0.8 km away from the town of Lastovo, where there is a hospital (open 24/7), a post office, a bank, a pharmacy, a butcher, and of course many shops, bars and delicious restaurants. On foot, it is a 15 minute walk with a gorgeous view of bays Lučica and St. Mihajlo and, behind them, the island of Korčula. By car, it is just a few minutes drive.
Apartments. Two apartments are available; each on a separate floor and with a parking space. Lučica bay has crystal clear sea without motorboats. It is perfect for children.
